90-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Retail Customers:
EarthCalm promises to refund the product price, for any reason, if the customer returns the product(s) within 90 days of the order date, by following EarthCalm’s Instructions for Return. The product(s) must be in original condition, shipped back to EarthCalm at the customer’s expense. Refunds do not include any shipping costs. All returns must be post-marked within 90 days of the purchase date.
To Return an EarthCalm Product:
1) Request an RMA: (Return Merchandise Authorization)
1. Sign in to your EarthCalm account. (If you do not have an EarthCalm account, CONTACT US, and we can create the RMA for you.)
2. Locate the order number for your purchase (e.g., "AB-12345")
3. Click "View Details", next to the order number.
4. Click "Add New RMA"
5. Select product and reason for return, and submit.
2) Wait for our approval: EarthCalm will send you an authorization email within 2 business days. The email will contain an RMA number that you will need to write on your package, as well as our return address. Returns are processed in the order in which they are received.
12-Month Repair/Replacement Warranty for Retail Customers:
EarthCalm warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the purchase date. If the product proves defective during this warranty period, EarthCalm, at its option, will either repair the defective product without charge for parts and labor, or will provide a replacement in exchange for the defective product. Parts and replacement products used by EarthCalm for warranty work may be new or reconditioned to like new performance. All replaced parts and products become the property of EarthCalm. All repairs under this warranty MUST be made by EarthCalm. EarthCalm will not be responsible for third-party repairs, or damages made by a third-party. In order to obtain service under this warranty, the customer must notify EarthCalm of the defect by calling Customer Service at 1-800-474-2584 or emailing email@example.com, mail in the product according to the instructions received by EarthCalm, and the product(s) must be postmarked within 1 year of the purchase date. Customer shall be responsible for packaging and shipping the defective product to EarthCalm. Customer shall be responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and any other charges required in order to ship the product.This warranty shall not apply to any failure or damage caused by improper use or improper or inadequate maintenance and care. EarthCalm shall not be obligated to furnish service under this warranty a) to repair damage resulting from attempts by personnel other than EarthCalm representatives or their agents to repair or service the product; b) to repair damage resulting from improper use or connection to incompatible equipment; c) to repair any damage or malfunction caused by the use of non-EarthCalm supplies; or d) to service a product that has been modified or integrated with other products when the effect of such modification or integration increases the time or difficulty of servicing the product. WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO REGULAR WEAR AND TEAR OR THE PURCHASE OF DISCONTINUED ITEMS. WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER CHAINS, INSULATORS, OR NYLON CORDS.
This warranty is given by EarthCalm with respect to the product in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied. EarthCalm responsibility to repair or replace defective products is the sole and exclusive remedy provided to the customer under this warranty.
