Nylon Cord Replacement
IF YOU ORDER A NYLON CORD REPLACEMENT ALONG WITH ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS, PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR ENTIRE ORDER WILL BE HELD UNTIL WE RECEIVE YOUR PENDANT AND INSTALL THE REPLACEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO DELAY SHIPMENT OF YOUR OTHER PRODUCTS, BE SURE TO ORDER YOUR NYLON CORD REPLACEMENT SEPARATELY.
Please note: Installation is required. That means, you must first mail your pendant to us, so that we can install it on the new Nylon Cord.
Here's what you do:
1. Place an order for a "Nylon Cord Replacement with Install".
2. Check your email, and print the confirmation of order invoice.
3. Mail your pendant and invoice to:

Please note: Once we receive your pendant, it may take up to a week for EarthCalm technicians to install the pendant on the new Nylon Cord.
EarthCalm's Replacement/Repair Warranty does not apply to the Nylon Cord.
