IF YOU ORDER A CHAIN REPLACEMENT ALONG WITH ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS, PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR ENTIRE ORDER WILL BE HELD UNTIL WE RECEIVE YOUR PENDANT AND INSTALL THE REPLACEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO DELAY SHIPMENT OF YOUR OTHER PRODUCTS, BE SURE TO ORDER YOUR CHAIN REPLACEMENT SEPARATELY.
IF YOU'RE ORDERING A CHAIN REPLACEMENT FOR A NEW PENDANT ON THE SAME ORDER, PLEASE LEAVE COMMENTS ON THE ORDER, SO THAT WE KNOW WHAT TO DO. OTHERWISE, WE'LL ASSUME THAT YOU'RE SENDING US A PENDANT, AND WE'LL HOLD THE ORDER, WHICH WILL CAUSE A DELAY IN PROCESSING AND SHIPPING.
Please note: Installation is required. That means, you must first mail your pendant to us, so that we can install it on the new Sterling Silver Chain.
Here's what you do:
1. Place an order for a "Sterling Silver Chain Replacement with Install".
2. Check your email, and print the confirmation of order invoice.
3. Mail your pendant and invoice to:

Please note: Once we receive your pendant, it may take up to a week for EarthCalm technicians to install the pendant on the new chain.
EarthCalm's Replacement/Repair Warranty does not apply to the Chain.
