IF YOU ORDER A CHAIN REPLACEMENT ALONG WITH ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS, PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR ENTIRE ORDER WILL BE HELD UNTIL WE RECEIVE YOUR PENDANT AND INSTALL THE REPLACEMENT CHAIN. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO DELAY SHIPMENT OF YOUR OTHER PRODUCTS, BE SURE TO ORDER YOUR CHAIN REPLACEMENT SEPARATELY.
IF YOU ARE ORDERING A CHAIN REPLACEMENT FOR A NEW PENDANT ON THE SAME ORDER, PLEASE LEAVE COMMENTS ON THE ORDER, SO THAT WE KNOW WHAT TO DO. OTHERWISE, WE'LL ASSUME THAT YOU'RE SENDING US A PENDANT, AND WE'LL HOLD THE ORDER, WHICH WILL CAUSE A DELAY IN PROCESSING AND SHIPPING.
INSTALLATION REQUIRED: You will need to mail your pendant to us to install it on the new Sterling Silver Chain.

1. Place an order for a "Sterling Silver Chain Replacement with Install".
2. Check your email, and print the confirmation of order invoice.
3. Mail your pendant and invoice to:

Please allow 2 weeks for EarthCalm technicians to install the pendant on the new chain.
EarthCalm's Replacement/Repair Warranty does not apply to the Chain.
