1-Year Limited Warranty for Retail Customers:
EarthCalm warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the original order date. If the product proves defective during this warranty period, EarthCalm, at its option, will either repair the defective product without charge for parts and labor, or will provide a replacement in exchange for the defective product. All repairs under this warranty MUST be made by EarthCalm. Parts and replacement products used by EarthCalm for warranty work may be new or reconditioned to like new performance. All exchanged parts and products become property of EarthCalm.
This warranty is given by EarthCalm with respect to the product in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied. EarthCalm's responsibility to repair or replace defective products is the sole and exclusive remedy provided to the customer under this warranty.
In order to obtain service under this warranty, the customer must follow EarthCalm's return guidelines. The customer is required to send details and images of the product to EarthCalm via RMA, to determine whether it qualifies for warranty replacement or repair. If it does qualify, it must be shipped back to EarthCalm with RMA, at the customer's expense, and be postmarked within 365 days of the original order date.
