EarthCalm 1-Year Warranty
EarthCalm warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and design for a period of 12 months from the original order date. If the product proves defective during this warranty period, EarthCalm, at its option, will either repair the defective product without charge for parts and labor or will provide a replacement in exchange for the defective product. All repairs under this warranty MUST be made by EarthCalm. Parts and replacement products used by EarthCalm for warranty work may be new or reconditioned to like-new performance. All replaced parts and products become the property of EarthCalm.
Warranty does not apply to regular wear and tear. Warranty does not apply to lost or stolen products. Warranty does not apply to the purchase of discontinued items. Warranty does not apply to any part of chains, insulators, or nylon cords. EarthCalm shall not be obligated to furnish service under this warranty for any of the following: A) To repair any damage or malfunction caused by the use of non-EarthCalm supplies. B) To repair damage resulting from improper use or connection to incompatible equipment. C) To repair damage resulting from attempts by personnel other than EarthCalm representatives or their agents to repair or service the product. Any modification or repairs made or attempted by the customer or a third party will void this warranty. D) To service a product that has been modified or integrated with other products, when the effect of such modification or integration increases the time or difficulty of servicing the product. E) To repair any damage resulting from improper/inadequate use or improper/inadequate maintenance and care. F) To repair any damage from pets. (We recommend keeping all products away from pets at all times.)
EarthCalm gives this warranty with respect to the product in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied. EarthCalm's responsibility to repair or replace defective products is the sole and exclusive remedy provided to the customer under this warranty.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for ALL warranty returns. The product must be shipped back to EarthCalm (with RMA number) at the customer's expense and be postmarked within 365 days of the original purchase date. Customer is responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and any other charges required to ship the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded. All returns are processed in the order in which they are received and can take up to 10 business days to complete. We highly recommend adding package insurance to all returns. EarthCalm is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Our Returns Department will not notify you when we receive your return, so we recommend tracking your package through your carrier.
RMA for Regular Customers:
1. Sign in, and go to "My Account".
2. Locate the order number for your return (e.g., "AB-12345").
3. Click "View Details", next to the order number, then click "Add New RMA".
4. Select product(s) you will be returning, and reason for return.
5. You are required to click '+Select File' and add images of your defective product.
6. Click "Save RMA Request", and then click "ok" to confirm.
7. Wait for our reply. Our system will automatically respond to your request within two (2) hours.
8. Do not ship product(s) until you receive our reply. Follow the instructions in that reply, and remember to write your RMA number on the outside of your package.
RMA for Guest Orders:
1. Email [email protected] to request a return. Be sure to include the order number and "RMA for guest order" in your email.
2. Wait for our reply. EarthCalm will respond to your request within two (2) business days.
3. Do not ship product(s) until you receive our reply. Follow the instructions in that reply, and remember to write your RMA number on the outside of your package.
Products purchased from other company:
If you did not purchase directly from EarthCalm, you cannot return your products to us. Contact the seller. Authorized Distributors are required to extend EarthCalm's 90-Day Guarantee and Limited Warranty, and handle their own customer returns.
