Password Reset

1) Click 'Sign In'

2) Enter email address, and select 'RESET MY PASSWORD'.

3) The system will send you an email (possibly to junk/spam). Follow email's reset instructions. 

PLEASE NOTE: You will be prompted to enter your new password twice. Make sure these two entries match! After this, you may be prompted to verify that you are not a robot.


Edit Email / Billing / Shipping Address

First, sign into your account. Then go to "My Account". Scroll down to "Billing / Shipping Information". Click on "UPDATE ADDRESS". 

PLEASE NOTE: You cannot update this information for orders that have already been placed.


Order History

First, sign into your account. Go to "My Account". Scroll down to "Recent Orders". Click on "VIEW ALL".


Track Package

First, sign into your account. Go to "My Account". Scroll down to "Recent Orders". Find the order you want to track, and click on "View Details". Then click on the tracking number.


Saved Cart

First, sign into your account. Go to "My Account". Scroll down to "Saved Carts".


RMA History

First, sign into your account. Go to "My Account". Scroll down to "RMA".


Gift Certificate

First, sign into your account. Go to "My Account". Scroll down to "Gift Certificate".


What does EarthCalm do with my account info?

We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience, and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.
