90-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Retail Customers:

EarthCalm guarantees to refund the product price only if the customer follows EarthCalm’s return guidelines. The product(s) must be shipped back to EarthCalm with RMA, at the customer's expense, in original condition, and be postmarked within 90 days of the original order date. Customer shall be responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and any other charges required to ship the product. 

To Request RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization):

1. Sign in to your EarthCalm account. (If you don't have an account, email customerservice@earthcalm.com.)
2. Locate the order number of the product(s) you will be returning (e.g., "AB-12345").
3. Click "View Details", next to the order number, then click "Add New RMA".
4. Select product you will be returning, and reason for return. 
5. Click 'Save RMA Request' and then click 'ok' to confirm.
6. Wait for approval. Do not ship product(s) until you receive the authorization email with return instructions. 
EarthCalm will respond to your request within two (2) business days. 
Be sure to follow the instructions, and remember to write your RMA # on the outside of your package,
All returns are processed in the order of which they are received. 
EarthCalm will post your refund after the return has been processed. 

Refunds do not apply to any shipping costs. Refunds do not apply to any non-refundable fees for custom products. Refunds do not apply to any bundle discounts, so when part of a bundle is returned, the discount will be deducted from the refund balance. Refunds do not apply to products after 90-Day Guarantee expires; any returns received with a postmark date past 90 days from the order date will not be refunded.

If guidelines are not followed, returned product(s) will not be accepted, and customer will be responsible for all charges to ship product(s) back to them, within 30 days of notice, or the product(s) will become property of EarthCalm.

12-Month Repair/Replacement Warranty for Retail Customers:

EarthCalm warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the original order date. If the product proves defective during this warranty period, EarthCalm, at its option, will either repair the defective product without charge for parts and labor, or will provide a replacement in exchange for the defective product. All repairs under this warranty MUST be made by EarthCalm. Parts and replacement products used by EarthCalm for warranty work may be new or reconditioned to like new performance. All exchanged parts and products become property of EarthCalm. 

In order to obtain service under this warranty, the customer must follow EarthCalm's return guidelines. The product must be shipped back to EarthCalm with RMA, at the customer's expense, and be postmarked within 365 days of the original order date. Customer shall be responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and any other charges required to ship the product.

Warranty does not apply to regular wear and tear. Warranty does not apply to lost or stolen products. Warranty does not apply to the purchase of discontinued items.Warranty does not apply to any part of chains, insulators, or nylon cords. EarthCalm shall not be obligated to furnish service under this warranty for any of the following:  A) To repair any damage or malfunction caused by the use of non-EarthCalm supplies.  B) To repair damage resulting from improper use or connection to incompatible equipment.  C) To repair damage resulting from attempts by personnel other than EarthCalm representatives or their agents to repair or service the product. Any repairs made by the customer or a third-party will void this warranty.  D) To service a product that has been modified or integrated with other products, when the effect of such modification or integration increases the time or difficulty of servicing the product. E) To repair any damage resulting from improper/inadequate use or improper/inadequate maintenance and care. 

This warranty is given by EarthCalm with respect to the product in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied. EarthCalm's responsibility to repair or replace defective products is the sole and exclusive remedy provided to the customer under this warranty. If guidelines are not followed, returned product(s) will not be accepted, and customer will be responsible for all charges to ship product(s) back to them, within 30 days of notice, or the product(s) will become property of EarthCalm.
