EarthCalm Insulator

ONLY for pendants or anklets purchased on or before September 25, 2018. The double-pendant styles do not require an insulator.

The insulator is a non-conductive ring, which separates the chain from the clasp on older single-pendant styles. It is there to provide a necessary break in the current from the pendant. Our insulators are made from high quality materials, so they should last for years. If yours breaks, it is important to have it replaced. Wearing an older EarthCalm Pendant or Anklet without an insulator will reduce its effectiveness.

Installation

It's simple to install an insulator, but you'll need the right tools. If in doubt, any jeweler could easily install it for you. If you choose to install it yourself, you'll need 2 pairs of needle-nose pliers (one in each hand).

1) Using the pliers, open the jump rings (or "O" rings), which are connected to the old insulator, just wide enough to remove the old insulator, and insert the new one.

2) Pinch the jump rings tightly around the new insulator, until they are completely closed. And that's it!
