Returns

IMPORTANT: All returns must be pre-approved through this Return Merchandise Authorization.

IMPORTANT: If you did not purchase directly from EarthCalm, you cannot return your products to us.

If you checked out as a guest, email your RMA request to customerservice@earthcalm.com. Be sure to include the customer name and order number in your email. If it is a warranty return, you are required to send images of the product.

If you checked out through your EarthCalm account, follow these steps:
1. Sign in, and go to "My Account". 
2. Locate the order number of the product(s) you will be returning (e.g., "AB-12345").
3. Click "View Details", next to the order number, then click "Add New RMA".
4. Select product(s) you will be returning, and reason for return. 
5. For Limited Warranty returns you are required to click '+Select File' and add images of your defective product. For 90-Day Guarantee returns, skip to 6. 
6. Click "Save RMA Request", and then click "ok" to confirm.
7. Wait for approval. EarthCalm will respond to your request within two (2) business days. Do not ship product(s) until you receive the authorization email.
8. Follow the instructions in the authorization email, and remember to write your RMA # on the outside of your package.

Customer shall be responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and any other charges required to ship the product. 

All returns are processed in the order of which they are received, and can take up to 10 business days to complete.

EarthCalm posts refunds after the return has been accepted, and can take an additional 10 business days for your financial institution to process that refund. Refunds do not apply to any shipping costs. Refunds do not apply to any non-refundable fees for custom products. Refunds do not apply to any bundle discounts, so when part of a bundle is returned, the discount will be deducted from the refund balance. Refunds do not apply to products after 90-Day Guarantee expires; any returns received with a postmark date past 90 days from the order date will not be refunded.

If guidelines are not followed, returned product(s) will not be accepted.

Returns FAQ

Can I return my product later than 90 days, if...?
No, we do not accept products returned after 90 days, unless you have written consent from EarthCalm. Typically, we will only extend the deadline if we are at fault for delayed shipping time.

Can I exchange my product for a different one? 
No. EarthCalm does not allow exchanges. You can return any new product for a refund, within 90 days of the purchase date, and then you can place a new order for the product you prefer. 

Why haven't I received a response email, after submitting my RMA request?
We usually respond within 2 business days. Sometimes, response emails will end up in your JUNK or SPAM folder. Be sure to check there, and if you still don't see it, contact customerservice@earthcalm.com.

Can I return a product directly to EarthCalm, if I purchased it from an authorized Distributor? 
No. As per our Distributors contract, every authorized Distributor is required to extend EarthCalm's 90-Day Guarantee and Limited Warranty to their own customers, and handle those returns, through their Distributor account. Therefore, we highly recommend always purchasing directly from us or an authorized Distributor, so that your order will be covered by EarthCalm's Guarantee and Warranty. If you purchased from anywhere else, you will need to contact them for your return, and EarthCalm will have nothing to do with it.
