International Commission Supports Italian Supreme Court Decision on Cell Phone Radiation

The International Commission for Electromagnetic Safety (ICEMS) officially joined the fray by producing a position paper in November of 2012, adding support for the recent ruling by the Italian Supreme Court that cell phone radiation can cause brain tumors.

Italy’s Supreme Court has ruled that a man’s brain tumor is linked to his heavy cell phone use. In a ground-breaking decision made on October 12, 2012, the Labor Law section of Italy’s High Court ruled in favor of Innocente Marcolini, a former commerce manager in Brescia.
